Process
Hymn Curation Workflow
Every hymn in our library passes through a rigorous curation process to ensure quality, theological soundess, and congregational suitability.
Have a hymn in mind?
Recommendations are the first step in our curation process. Submit a new hymn today to begin its journey into the digital library.
Recommendation
A new hymn is suggested for the library. This stage focuses on capturing the initial idea, title, and potential sources.
Assembling
Curators gather materials: verify history, fill in missing fields (meter, tune), and begin the typesetting process.
Member Review
The hymn is open for advisory review. Community members can provide ratings and comments to assist in the evaluation.
Curator Review
A board of curators reviews the feedback and materials to make a final decision on inclusion or further revision.
Published
The hymn is fully finalized and available in the public library for congregational use.
